If hand washing, use cold water (max 30°C) with a gentle detergent and minimal agitation, never wring

Do not tumble dry, hang to dry in a well ventilated area. Brief direct sunlight is fine to aid drying but avoid prolonged exposure, which can fade deep black wool over time

Iron on low heat using a pressing cloth, avoid pressing directly on the shoulder yoke or seam detailing to prevent flattening

Store hanging on a wide-shoulder hanger to maintain the integrity of the cape yoke structure
